I was looking for a new work bag on louenhide.com.au the site was straightforward to use. The way the menus are laid out feels clear, and the categories make sense, so I didn’t get that annoying “where am I supposed to click?” feeling. From the overall vibe of the site, I’d assume they’re trying to keep things clean and simple, which mostly works. The product pages had the details I wanted, and the photos loaded properly on my phone, which is always a plus. Checkout was quick and easy too. I’m giving it 4 stars because the filters felt a little too basic, and I ended up clicking around more than I thought I’d need to. Still, it’s a good site and I’d use it again.

My order actually arrived quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking worked well once it was available, so I could keep an eye on where things were. My only small complaint is that the dispatch email could’ve come a bit sooner, since I was left wondering for a short while if it had shipped yet...

I wanted to like this, but it barely fits my phone, wallet, and keys. Once I put those in, there’s basically no room left, so it ends up feeling useless. I was hoping it would be more practical, but it just frustrated me.

I had a small issue with my bag, one of those annoying little things you notice right as you’re heading out the door, so I emailed Louenhide about the warranty. I expected a bit of back and forth, but they replied quickly and just got the repair sorted without making it complicated. I think I sent the email while having my morning coffee, and it was all much smoother than I thought it would be. Really happy with the service and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I used to really like Louenhide bags and the overall look they had, but lately the designs feel a bit plain and repeated. Some of the colours are still nice, but a lot of the styles look really similar and not as modern as I’d expect. I was hoping to see something fresher, especially from a brand that’s built a reputation for cute, stylish bags. It’s not terrible, but I do think Louenhide needs to take a bit more accountability for keeping the range updated instead of relying on the same kind of designs over and over. Just not really my taste anymore

I bought a Louenhide bag and was disappointed with how quickly it started to look worn. After only a few weeks, I noticed the same kind of rubbing on the corners, and then the strap started showing wear too. Once I spotted it in one place, I kept seeing the pattern in other areas, which was frustrating because I wasn’t hard on the bag at all. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better...

The zip works fine for the most part, so no big complaints there. But the clips feel kinda cheap imo, like they might not hold up that well over time.

I tried to do an exchange and, it was just kind of a pain. Like, it took way longer than I expected to get everything sorted, and the instructions were, I don’t know, not very clear at all. I kept having to check back and figure out what was happening, which got frustrating. It just wasn’t the experience I thought I’d have, and yeah, I probably wouldn’t order again after dealing with all that.
